Lovers & Friends, our country burns.
I know this has been a great time of despair and distress for many of us.

Like all catastrophic events, this calls for communities to gather.
To come up with ways that we can be of assistance.
Ways that can uplift and support the Human Spirit.
Ways in which we can release.
Ways in which we can move and be moved.
Ways in which we can reconnect with our innate desires to be of service.

I’m calling on my two great allies for cathartic release:
