The New Moon in Scorpio has ordered us to gather the Women in the community to share in this night of wholehearted embodiment through a YOKE & YOGA practice of dance, breath-work and mudras.

Join Rosie, Sanna & Bex to re-claim and return to the practice of embodying your true essence, the effects of using these tools rippling out into your life.

This in an offering from our hearts to yours. This is a space for you to feel full in yourself and support the other to come to that place in their self. Please come with an open heart and willingness to co-create this space, uplift and connect in the sharing of beauty and the magic of movement.

~

We begin the night with some Kriyas guided by the insight of the New Moon facilitated by Rosie. We then move into a moving meditation YOKE style, guided by Sanna. Bex will be navigating the flow with a dj set also tuned in to this feminine energy of the Moon.

Doors open at 7pm for a 7.30pm start
Doors close at 8pm
The dance will finish at 9.30pm

About the facilitators:

Rosie Santos is very interested in creating and cultivating space for inner expansion and constant states of evolution and mastery. She aims to offer the practices of kundalini yoga in a way that is lighthearted yet deep and profound.

She believes the fundamental aspects and the power of the breath can be so incredibly healing and regenerating to the deepest most unknown parts of the self.

She weaves astrology and ayurvedic principles into her classes and orchestrates the kriyas to be in relationship and supportive of the celestial movements in the sky and beyond and of course simultaneously within our own body complexes.

Sanna Wittner is a movement facilitator, body worker and motivational up-lifter. Having danced from a small age, she has explored various styles of Hip Hop, Tap, Jazz, African, Funk, Electronic and Improvisational free flow. She has recently expanded her knowledge of the correlation between body and mind through a regular yoga meditation practice and ancient healing techniques. Her vision for Yoke was to create a safe space for like-minded bodies and souls to call home. One where each individual feels comfortable expressing themselves in their unique and wonderful ways. A place of acceptance and nurture, as well as a whole lot of fun and funkiness!

A general life lover and advocate of wholehearted living, Sanna is passionate about assisting others in realizing their own true potential and light. She is thankful for the opportunity to be a leader of today, and for the ongoing support received by the community in carrying out her soul’s purpose.
